A self-hosted operating platform running on bare-metal Kubernetes. 93 Rust crates that each work as both a CLI tool on my laptop and a microservice in production. Same code, two runtimes.

The AI agents don't just answer questions. They operate infrastructure, analyze code, monitor markets, and coordinate through a custom agent bus. Multi-model: Claude, Gemini, Ollama. Protocol-native: MCP, ACP, A2A.

The dashboard is SvelteKit 2 + Svelte 5, 97K lines, 1260+ i18n keys. Real-time WebSocket, 85 API integrations, GitOps visibility.
